This looks like it is going to be an excellent event, I would urge everyone that can attend to do so.

Chester is a lovely place with plenty of History, and this event will no doubt be added to the list of memorable happenings

Hi Dave/OA Triker,
Good to hear you have booked your pitch. My wife Lyn and I have booked the same site, as it is only 7 or 8 mins. from the centre of Chester, from the interest shown to date, it looks like it will be a fantastic event.
Regards, Dave C..........:):):coo:

Thanks for your good comments Dave, as you know Chester is a fantastic ancient Roman City, next to the river Dee with the original Roman City Walls, Roman Baths, the Rows for shopping and much more. If that's not enough, the Light Parade promises to be very well attended by Goldwingers, making a premier event not to be missed, "are you coming" !!
Regards, Dave ...............

Hi Mr Drummond,
Do I know you! I live on Hope Mountain, about the same distance from Chester, but Lyn and I have booked on to Chester Southerly because, the site at the Llandudno Light Parade had such a good atmosphere, it helped make the weekend for us. Good to here you are coming anyway.

I have consulted with the ORACLE (Baby T) and her indoors (Lady T) and we will be going, If anyone has a spare back seat Lady T wold appreciate being allowed to sit on it, as Baby T will be occupying mine.

My Plane Jane will take the place by storm.

Luke worked very hard at the Llandudno GoldWing Light Parade, and was most appreciated.

I haven't heard whether we are needed for marshalling or anything at the Chester event - I think the Lions plan to be doing everything.

I also haven't heard whether they are allowing any bikes other than Wings on the Parade, though I suspect not.

Hi Nigel,
The Lions are doing most of the marshalling, we may need to supply half a dozen bods to park up the wings during the day and when parking up for the static light show in the evening, but that's about all.

I don't know why my last post came up in the same box as Nigel's quote ! I must have pressed the wrong button somewhere.

Not sure where the Plane Jane comes in to this but the delectable Lady T will be welcome to ride on my bike, since Management no longer partakes.
