As it says, I head off today(pm) to Silverstone for the World Superbikes racing. Got a weekend ticket. Going down with my wee bro and a couple of guys from work on the bikes. Theres quite a mix. TDM900, Africa Twin, a Rocket111 and me on the 1800. Fingers crossed the weather stays ok. Stoping overnight at Carlisle and then onto Milton Keynes. Coming back up in a oner though on Monday. Roughly 1000 mile round trip. Watched some of the racing from Silverstone today on the box. There are some really young yet very skilfull riders out there. Certainly much more exciting than F1 (with apologies to F1 officianados). N.B. This is not an invitation for you two post counters (yes, you know who you are) to jump in .
